1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & SUSTAINABILITY CLAIMS

  • Compostability: Our products (including those made from bagasse or PLA) are designed to meet specific environmental standards (e.g., ASTM D6400). However, the availability of industrial composting facilities varies by location. It is the customer's responsibility to verify if such facilities exist in their local area.
  • Usage: wecare is not responsible for the improper disposal or misuse of products that results in environmental non-compliance at a local level.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
For clarity in your financial records:

  • Fiscal Entity: All credit card charges and financial transactions will appear on your statement under the legal name WE CARE PRODUCTS LLC.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (U.S. FTC COMPLIANCE)

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from wecare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping dates are estimates. In accordance with the FTC "Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule," if we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide an option to either consent to the delay or receive a full refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, is the property of WE CARE PRODUCTS LLC or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall WE CARE PRODUCTS LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
